The main focus is on the management of discontinuities, i.e. recognising what measures are necessary in order to change the direction of the company.

The services we offer in this area comprise the continued development of existing business models and the redesign or optimisation of business processes. Business unit, divisional and regional structures are altered in such a way that they are able to optimally implement the altered corporate strategy. This includes in particular topics in the area of post-merger integration.
