Our basic competence focuses on scopes of business where a close combination of strategies, processes of business and IT are necessary for the success of our customers.

The bonding of our consultants know-how takes place in our centres of competencies for Supply Chain Management (SCM), Manufacturing & Logistics, Marketing & Sales, Financial Management, and Information Technologies (IT). Within our centres we combine conceptual (Management Consulting) and transfer-orientated consulting approaches (IT Consulting). This is the way we make sure our clients profit from our entire expertise.

Management Consulting

Our approach of counselling aims for the following aspects: To strengthen the competition of our customers by developing productive and effectively transferable strategies and concepts within our basic competences like Supply Chain Management (SCM) or Financial Management.

IT Consulting

Our Know-how concerning successful management of complex IT-projects is excellent. The successful implementation of modern SCM- or CRM-systems is one of our main focuses. We, as a partner of the leading technology contractors, have a very close cooperation with the SAP incorporation.
