For the continued expansion of our consulting activities in both management consulting and SAP /IT consulting we are looking for highly motivated graduates who are high achievers and who can at the very least relate extremely well to IT matters.

As a graduate you can expect to be quickly brought up to speed in our process-oriented management and IT consulting. You will soon be able to demonstrate your specialist qualifications and your newly-acquired knowledge whilst working on international projects together with your team colleagues, making full use of your communication skills. Following our integral approach, it will be important for your future career at J&M that you do not only contribute your expert knowledge in your own area for the benefit of our clients but also that you develop overlap knowledge and experience in adjacent and intersecting specialist areas.
