We offer dedicated students (University/Polytechnic College) from various disciplines the opportunity of getting to know the consulting industry as a trainee (m/f), working student (m/f) or final year student (m/f).
As a trainee you can gather interesting experience and form your first impression of how a consulting company works. You are mainly responsible for providing internal support for projects. You are expected to contribute to the work of project teams by preparing and developing consulting services, carrying out topic-specific research, designing and preparing documents for presentations and creating scenarios, models and prototypes.
As a final year student you can write a topical dissertation on a challenging subject. A partner or manager with many years’ theoretical and practical experience in your specialist subject is assigned as your mentor. Whilst working on your dissertation you will also have the opportunity of gaining an insight into the day to day work of a consultant.
As a working student you are able to become acquainted with the administrative activities in a consulting company. You will be able to demonstrate just how reliable, keen and sociable you are in many interesting areas such as e.g. marketing or human resources, and within the scope of internal projects, for example by creating models or prototypes for training software. These tasks give you an insight into the various areas within the company, but also into the consulting industry as a whole.
