Is it possible to plan success? With regard to consulting projects, we believe it is. Our experience shows that the success of a change programme, or project, in addition to having a relentless focus on results and outcomes, is dependent on four critical factors: the client company, the consultants, using a holistic approach, and the combined project team.

  • Our clients determine their own success with their ambition and capacity for innovation, as well as with the integrity and cooperative enthusiasm of the individual employees and the entire organisation. These factors constitute the most important prerequisites for successful business improvement.
  • J&M acts as a catalyst for change, complimenting the client’s company-specific know-how, and accompanying transitional processes with first-rate Change Management.
  • Does the design constitute the correct approach? Are all the root causes of the problem being tackled or just the symptoms? What is the appropriate course of action focussed on measurable outcomes and results?
  • It is the prime responsibility of the joint project team to undertake appropriate and effective actions with the appropriate commitment and involvement of the executive leadership. The joint team, which is comprised of client employees and J&M consultants, is responsible for defining the day-to-day goals and for the general realisation of the project. They are the conduit for developing the buy-in, involvement and ownership of the wider client organisation. The right blend of personalities and expertise is crucial in order to deliver sustainable results.
