J&M Research: Only 37 percent of companies manage inventory optimisation holistically
September/October 2009 saw J&M Management Consulting and its media partners ‘Supply Chain Magazine’ and ‘LOGISTIK HEUTE’ carry out an online survey of the status quo in industrial inventory management. The results show that the companies which enjoy success are those with a clear inventory management strategy, their own system of inventory management organisation and defined, tangible inventory management processes.

Business Process Excellence using LEAN and Six Sigma
