Supply chain event management (SCEM) combines the depicting of the relevant business processes in real time with early warning mechanisms. This gives the parties involved in the supply chain early warning of problems and their consequences and enables them to intervene proactively in the relevant processes.

- Creation of an SCEM business case
J&M uses the SCEM business case to assess the benefits and costs of the project. Aspects relating to both quality and quantity are taken into account when calculating the potential for improvement. The SCEM business case also acts as the starting point for expenditure and implementation planning.

IT Consulting
- IT and process design
IT and process design are of equal importance in the specifications sheet. This includes, among other things, the core process analysis and the integration and master data concepts. Furthermore, J&M can assess the validity of individual processes by producing prototypes of them in the SCEM system.
