- Development of a long-term IT strategy
When providing advice, J&M is guided by the customers’ requirements. Consequently, the individual IT Strategy is customized according to sector-specific requirements and the customers’ individual CRM and SCM strategies.
- Business case
The aim of the SCA developed by J&M is to consolidate the systems within a previously determined time schedule and investment framework. We use a business plan to test the investment security of the implementation plan and are therefore able to guarantee the highest possible return on investment.
- Potential analysis
The Enabler-KPI-Value ® network method developed by J&M is used to analyze potential for reducing costs using key performance indicators (KPI’s). This method offers your company specific indications as to how your processes may be optimized.

The design of the system landscape includes, among other things, the standardization and harmonization of the data, processes and organization. Early prototyping of the consolidation concepts is a further building block contributing to the secure transfer of data.
